You will prepare a wide range of beverages, engage with guests, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, compliant bar. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with growth opportunities within CRG.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: cocktails, beers, wines, and non‑alcoholic drinks with precision.
• Customer service: greet guests, assist in beverage selection, address inquiries.
• Beverage knowledge: understand ingredients, flavors, pairings, and trends.
• Inventory management: monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware within budget.
• Cleanliness and organization: maintain sanitary bar area and tools.
• Cash handling: process payments, give change, reconcile sales.
