Job summary

The Bradley at Pyramid Global Hospitality in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a motivated Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality and engaging service from greeting to departure. You will prepare beverages, upsell with descriptive menu guidance, and maintain bar operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu.
• Be accurate in order taking, confirm all special requests.
• Be the master of the bar, understanding the details to enhance conversation.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
• Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits.
• Maintain stock, cutting and storing garnishes, juices and perishables daily.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following recipes with portion control.
• Input orders into POS and create a check for each guest.
• Lock up and store beverages, food and equipment and secure bank.
