Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) seeks a Bartender for Boulder Creek Dining Company in Brownsburg, IN. You will prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a lively dining environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mixology knowledge, follows standard recipes, and can manage bar inventory, handle cash and card transactions, and work with servers and kitchen staff. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years of age.
Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

Beverage preparation: cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service and recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of drink menu ingredients, flavors, and pairings.
