• Previous upscale dining service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal.
• Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Input orders into the restaurant's POS system.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before submitting to the kitchen.
• Coordinate special requests and dietary restrictions with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and per presentation standards.
• Perform tableside tasks such as wine presentations and water service.
• Promote daily specials, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Upsell and suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
