Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Upscale restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Customer service: greet guests, assist with beverage selections, handle inquiries and requests.
• Beverage knowledge: know menu, ingredients, pairings, and trends.
• Inventory management: monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and budgets.
• Cleanliness and organization: maintain a clean bar area, adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Cash handling: process payments, balance cash register, reconcile sales.
• Teamwork: collaborate with servers/kitchen and mentor junior staff.
