Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume casual environment.
• Commitment to quality service and beverage knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Must have wine, beer and spirits knowledge.
• Unexpired Food Handlers/TABC or obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests; anticipate needs and respond to requests.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Keep bar area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Provide timely orders and record transactions in Micros system.
• Monitor bar pars and upsell products.
• Work well with Front of House and Back of House teams.
