Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Bar Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm hospitality, precise orders, and confident service. You will work closely with bartenders and team members to elevate dining experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires previous food and beverage experience, a strong understanding of menu offerings, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required, knowledge of alcoholic beverages and service techniques is highly preferred.
• Strong guest engagement and communication skills, with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems for order entry and processing.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer personalized food and drink recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, note special requests, and communicate clearly to kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to quality and presentation.
• Check in with guests during their visit to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
