Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel seeks a warm, engaging Concierge to be the heartbeat of the guest experience. You will greet guests, offer personalized recommendations, and arrange dining, theater, tours, and transportation to create unforgettable stays.

Ideal candidates have a year of guest service experience in hospitality, familiarity with Opera PMS, and a congenial, proactive approach. Weekend/evening availability and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Certification for Concierge Professional preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System (Opera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism and make a strong first impression.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Arrange dining, theater, tours, and transportation tailored to guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize services whenever possible.
• Assist with childcare arrangements and other special requests.
• Maintain lobby and concierge desk ambiance and keep resources up to date.
