Village Hotel is seeking a friendly bartender to greet guests in the bar and Village Social areas, delivering world-class beverage and food service. You will take orders, prepare drinks, enter them into the POS, and help keep the bar stocked and clean while following Biltmore service standards.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or GED, 6+ months bartending experience (1 year preferred), and strong interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; TIPS/ALE training preferred.
• 6+ months bartending experience; 1 year preferred, upscale or fine dining.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage guests while delivering gracious hospitality.
• Take orders and suggestive selling.
• Enter orders into POS; track tabs and charges.
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining bar area and public spaces.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
