Orange Hill Restaurant is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences at weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You will help set up banquet spaces, guide guests to seating, and serve meals with precise timing to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen staff, attending to guest requests, and ensuring a clean, polished dining area throughout events. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specs and ensure presentable tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
• Greet guests, guide to tables, serve meals and beverages to standards.
• Coordinate timing between kitchen and banquet floor for smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally; handle issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining spaces and assist colleagues during peak times.
