Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare dishes per banquet menu.
• Prepare large quantities while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Cook and assemble dishes according to event schedules.
• Present dishes attractively and consistently for service.
• Coordinate cooking times so all dishes are ready together.
• Work with chefs, servers, and event coordinators for smooth service.
• Prepare dishes respecting dietary restrictions or client requests.
• Adapt to last-minute menu or guest count changes.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and comply with food safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain ovens, fryers, and grills.
