Job summary

CACI is seeking a UPK Developer to join the Training Team for the GCSS-MC program. The role is based in Stafford, Virginia, and focuses on end-to-end module development, training content creation, and simulations to support USMC logistics. You will work autonomously to deliver high-quality UPK-based training materials.

The candidate should have 3–5 years UPK experience, strong ERP familiarity, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UPK development experience.
• Ability to independently deliver end-to-end training modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience troubleshooting complex UPK technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, record, and edit complex UPK simulations and processes using UPK Developer.
• Produce high-quality training materials, including test scripts, documentation, and multi-mode outputs.
• Ensure content aligns with templates, style guides, and branding.
• Review authored content for accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot UPK recording issues and timing conflicts.
• Validate documentation outputs across HTML, PDF, Word, and simulations.
