Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining Ground Command and Control Systems and support equipment.
• Experience developing, planning, and facilitating training.
• Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting networks and computers.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop training requirements and courseware for Ground Control Systems (GCS) and related C4I components.
• Design and implement courseware to instruct and support UMCS/MQ-25 integration.
• Provide SME support to train customer personnel on GCS capabilities and operations.
• Collaborate with air vehicle pilots, engineers, and simulation technicians to design, implement, evaluate, and document training materials.
