CGS is seeking a Workforce Developer (WD) – Junior to support mission‑critical operations for a federal client in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes coordinating training, mentoring, and upskilling to build a capable workforce.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, analyze challenges, and produce documentation and reports to drive improvements while complying with DoD standards. This is a full‑time, junior‑level position requiring TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
