CACI is seeking a UPK Developer to join the Training Team for the GCSS-MC program. The role is based in Stafford, Virginia, and focuses on end-to-end module development, training content creation, and simulations to support USMC logistics. You will work autonomously to deliver high-quality UPK-based training materials.

The candidate should have 3–5 years UPK experience, strong ERP familiarity, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a UPK Developer to join the Training Team for the Marine Corps ERP, Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). GCSS-MC which is a multi-increment program of record for Logistics Chain Management (LCM) that is intended to modernize the entire United States Marine Corps (USMC) logistics. The desired candidate will work as a member of the Training team located in Stafford, Virginia. The GCSS-MC Training team's mission will be to provide the highest level of support to the GCSS-MC end-users. The candidate will be expected to operate independently, completing end to end module development with minimal oversight. They will also demonstrate hands on experience authoring training content, designing simulations, and managing module-level projects.

Responsibilities:

UPK Developer responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop, record, and edit complex application simulations and process flows using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Developer.
• Produce high-quality training materials, including test scripts, documentation, and multi-mode learning outputs (Demo, Practice, Know It).
• Ensure all content aligns with established templates, style guides, and organizational branding standards
• Review authored content for accuracy, consistency, and functional correctness.
• Troubleshoot UPK recording issues, resolve bubble/action errors, and correct branching logic or timing conflicts.
• Validate documentation outputs across all published formats (HTML, PDF, Word , simulation modes).

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5 years of User Productivity Kit (UPK) development experience
• Proven ability to independently deliver end-to-end training modules
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience troubleshooting complex UPK technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Desired:

• Familiarity with military logistics or DoD systems
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• 2+ years instructor-led training delivery experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
