Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a UPK Developer to join the Training Team for the Marine Corps ERP GCSS-MC.

The role is based in Stafford, VA, with responsibilities to develop, record, and edit UPK-driven simulations and training modules for end-users of the system. The candidate will produce training content, scripts, and multi-mode outputs while ensuring alignment with templates, branding, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UPK development experience.
• Strong end-to-end training module delivery ability.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop, record, and edit complex application simulations and process flows using Oracle UPK.
• Produce high-quality training materials, including test scripts, documentation, and multi-mode outputs (Demo, Practice, Know It).
• Ensure content aligns with templates, style guides, and branding standards.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and functional correctness.
• Troubleshoot UPK recording issues and fix errors or timing conflicts.
• Validate outputs across HTML, PDF, Word, and simulation modes.
