Florida International University is seeking a University-assisted Community School Coordinator to oversee operations of enrichment programs at a local partnership site, coordinating planning, logistics, and evaluation to ensure alignment with program goals.
The role involves collaborating with schools, universities, and community partners to deliver academic support, enrichment, and SEL activities, while monitoring participation and outcomes and preparing reports for continuous improvement.
The UPI Community School Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering the operational activities of The Education Effect university-assisted community school educational enrichment and personal development programs and services at a local partnership site (elementary, middle, or highschool). Coordinates program planning, scheduling, logistics, implementation, evaluation, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement for academic support, enrichment, social-emotional learning, and community-connected learning initiatives. Monitors student participation and outcomes; supports staff and program contributors; and ensures program activities align with Unlimited Potential Initiative goals. Collaborates daily with the MDCPS Office of Community Enrichment Education.
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.
