Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to lead the candidate journey from first engagement through to a qualified pipeline for internship and new graduate roles. You will collaborate with the Futureforce Talent Delivery team to attract, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

The role requires building university partnerships, coordinating on-campus and virtual events, and nurturing a diverse talent

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting university/early talent.
• Ability to build and manage university partnerships with career centers and campuses.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills for global, cross-regional teams.
