Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to own the candidate journey from engagement to delivering a qualified pipeline for internship and new graduate roles. You will attract, engage, and assess a diverse pool of candidates while partnering with the Futureforce Talent Delivery team to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

You will build university relationships, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, and maintain CRM records to support pipeline

Qualifications

Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in university or early talent landscape, with a track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage university partnerships with career services, student organizations, and academic institutions.
Strong project management and data analysis skills — able to manage multiple priorities and report on pipeline health.

Responsibilities

Attract and engage candidates across channels and conduct thorough assessments to deliver qualified talent to Recruiting partners.
Build and maintain university partnerships, coordinate campus events, and create Salesforce presence on campus.
Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities, maintaining talent pool records in the CRM.
Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale recruiting processes and share market insights with the Futureforce team.
