Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Recruiter for University Talent Acquisition on the AUTA Field Recruiting Team. The role focuses on full lifecycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and client leadership for university talent initiatives.

The recruiter will partner with industry teams, build strategies, and ensure SLA delivery while traveling to required locations. The position requires 2+ years recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Amazon experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization.
• Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
• Develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop recruitment strategies that contribute to Amazon's long-range growth and implement new processes and SOPs.
• Articulate plans with deliverables and timelines in writing.
• Facilitate candidate interview events; Travel is required.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques.
