Job summary

Amazon University's Talent Acquisition team is seeking recruiters to support attracting and hiring student leaders at scale. You will earn trust with stakeholders, plan against targets, manage candidates under tight timelines, and use metrics to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strategies with business and recruiting teams to attract and hire for niche roles, improve candidate experience, and streamline scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and recruiting teams to understand student hiring needs.
• Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Manage and track all candidate and campus information and analyze results for improvements.
• Develop recruitment strategies to support long-range growth and implement SOPs aligned with Amazon's mission.
