Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking a Sr. Science Recruiter to support attracting and hiring future Amazon scientists from student talent. The role requires strong trust-building, autonomous planning, and the ability to drive metrics in a high-volume environment.

You will partner with business teams to understand needs, build innovative sourcing and selection strategies, and manage end-to-end candidate processes to deliver exceptional results for niche science roles at Amazon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience evaluating candidates with high scientific impact or publications recommended.
• In-Person tradeshow and career fair experience with top scientific conferences encouraged.
