Travel is required and a strong service culture is essential to meet SLAs. Responsibilities include partnering with full lifecycle recruiters, building sourcing and closing approaches, and leading candidate events.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization
• Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Aufgaben

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
• Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Facilitate candidate interview events. Travel is required.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
