Amazon is seeking a Recruiter for University Talent Acquisition (AUTA Field Recruiting Team) to partner with campus programs and internal clients across multiple locations. This role focuses on full lifecycle recruiting, candidate generation, and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington with travel required, you will collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and HR partners to design talent strategies and execute end-to-end hiring for university talent and early

Qualificações

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization.
• Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
• Develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Amazon and implement new processes and SOPs.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Facilitate candidate interview events; travel is required.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
