Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking an exceptional recruiter to help us find the best talent to support our rapid growth on the AUTA Field Recruiting team. The role requires travel and base location in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington.

You will partner with full lifecycle recruiters, sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization.
• Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
• Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
• Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Facilitate candidate interview events. Travel is required.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
