Qualifications

• High School/GED required (degree conferred on or before start date).
• Four years of related work experience.
• Post-secondary education may be substituted for years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hotel & Restaurant, Nutrition or Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for all dining operations.
• Manage daily operations, financial performance, staffing, food quality, sanitation, inventory control, and customer service.
• Supervise management staff and monitor financial and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with university standards and support long-term operational sustainability.
• Oversee production of grab-and-go sandwiches and wraps for Dining Services.
• Collaborate with Dining Services leadership and campus partners to support initiatives and improve the student dining experience.
