The role oversees five dining units, including a convenience store and three satellite locations, with an annual operating budget over $1.5 million. Strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED; degree conferred on or before start date.
• Four years of related work experience; post-secondary education may substitute for years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dining services across multiple units including a convenience store and satellite locations.
• Manage annual operating budget (over $1.5M) and monitor financial performance.
• Recruit, supervise and develop management staff; ensure high-quality food, sanitation and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with university standards and support long-term operational sustainability.
• Lead grab-and-go sandwich/wrap production and collaborate with campus partners to enhance student dining experiences.
• Maintain ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; occasional evenings, holidays and weekends required.
