Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a university recruiting lead to own the end-to-end campus program and drive a continuous pipeline of early-career talent. You will partner with universities nationwide and manage sourcing, onboarding, and retention across multiple sites, while crafting a seamless campus experience that aligns with business needs and leadership priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition in high-tech/hardware/AI/robotics environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with university career centers, labs, student orgs and academic leaders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage logistics, events, and candidate tracking across locations.
• Commitment to candidate experience and ambassadorial outcomes regardless of offers.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills engaging leaders, partners and students.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-round sourcing and full lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding for campus hires.
• Anchor partnerships with core university partners to build a trusted nationwide pipeline.
• Source broadly across programs, competitions, labs, open applications, and referrals.
• Focus on long-term career potential for AI, engineering, and business functions.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling and program logistics across locations to keep the campus experience consistent.
