Ponce Health Sciences University is seeking a University Ambassador to represent the institution to prospective students, parents, and advisors, driving recruitment and enrollment growth. The role requires extensive travel, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across high schools and colleges.

The ideal candidate will manage communications, coordinate campus visits, and collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.

The University Ambassador is responsible for representing the institution to prospective students, parents, advisors, agents and community stakeholders while driving recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment goals. This role requires extensive travel, strong relationship-building skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the confidence to present to diverse student audiences. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and demanding schedule.

++Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities++

• Develop and execute territory management and recruitment plans to meet enrollment objectives.
• Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, community events, conferences, and recruitment programs.
• Conduct engaging presentations for students, parents, educators, and counselors, both in-person and virtually.

• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, email, text, and virtual meetings to guide them through the admissions and enrollment process.

• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional ambassador for the institution at all times.

Required

• Bachelor's degree required.
