Rocky Vista University Ivins, Utah campus is seeking an Enrollment Recruiter to support the recruitment team and promote RVU programs. The role focuses on relationship building, event coordination, and engagement with prospective students, advisors, and partner institutions.

As an integral part of the recruitment team, theEnrollment Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision ofthe Assistant Director of Recruitment while focusing on assigned territoriesand promoting all RVU programs and campuses. This position emphasizesrelationship building, event coordination, and active engagement withprospective students, pre-health advisors, and partner institutions. Therecruiter will represent RVU at conferences, information sessions, pathwayprograms, and accepted student events to attract and retain mission-alignedstudents.
Recruitment & Outreach: Collaborate with theAdmissions team to implement targeted recruitment initiatives that driveinquiries, applications, and enrollments. Represent RVU at recruitment events,college fairs, professional and pre-health conferences, and communitypartnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with pre-health advisors,undergraduate faculty, and career services staff at feeder institutions.Conduct and host virtual and in-person information sessions, webinars, andpresentations for prospective students and advisors. Leverage CRM (Salesforce)data to track outreach, follow up on leads, and inform recruitment strategy.
Prospective & Accepted StudentEngagement: Plan and execute prospective student events, including campustours, open houses, and interview days. Work with Student Ambassador Program,led by the ADR. Coordinate accepted student events and yield-buildinginitiatives in collaboration with Admissions and Marketing.
Pathway Program Development: Support the creation, execution, and ongoing management of pathway programsand Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions. Serve as aliaison between RVU and external academic partners, ensuring alignment withinstitutional goals and enrollment priorities. Identify and cultivate newpathway opportunities within assigned regions.
Conference & Event Representation: Represent RVU at regional and national conferences,association meetings, and recruitment fairs to promote RVU’s programs.Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up communication for allconference and recruitment event participation. Maintain professionalrelationships with key organizations and stakeholders to enhance RVU’svisibility in higher education and pre-health communities.
Collaboration & Leadership: Support the Assistant Director of Recruitment in advancing strategicenrollment goals. Partner with internal departments (Marketing, Admissions,Student Affairs, and Academic Programs) to ensure consistent messaging and coordinatedoutreach. Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices forrecruitment and student engagement across campuses.
Compliance: Ensure compliance withinstitutional policies, FERPA regulations, and accreditation standardsgoverning recruitment and admissions activities. Maintain accurate records ofrecruitment activities and communications in Salesforce for data integrityand reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The anticipated salary range is $49,000 - $58,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary and will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and education of the successful candidate.
