Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills to engage student audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a complex and changing schedule.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory management and recruitment plans to meet enrollment objectives.
• Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, community events, conferences, and recruitment programs.
• Conduct engaging presentations for students, parents, educators, and counselors, both in-person and virtually.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, universities, advisors, counselors, and referral sources.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings to guide admissions and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate and participate in campus visits, information sessions, and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic departments to support recruitment initiatives and enrollment growth.
• Monitor application pipelines and provide updates on recruitment activity and territory performance.
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the institution.
