Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the Junction City, KS area and surrounding territory. Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential to reach six figures after multiple successful years in the role.

You will build partnerships, guide prospective students through admissions and work in a community-focused environment. Training will be provided in Phoenix, AZ, with travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; no delinquent or default on federal student loans per records.
• Strong time management to juggle multiple responsibilities and travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coach and counsel students.
• Self-motivated with ownership mentality and proven drive to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence to engage diverse student populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: identify and implement event/activity plans for the territory; raise awareness of online programs and drive inquiries.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students and partners, promoting university student success.
• Heart and Hustle: travel in territory, guide admissions path and support online learning outcomes.
