Job summary

Senior Housing Managers in Redmond, Oregon is hiring a Universal Caregiver to support residents in our assisted living and residential care communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health cues, and communicate changes to the team with compassion and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler certifications preferred or can be acquired during hiring.
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required; ongoing training provided by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, meals).
• Medication setup and administration, when trained.
• Update resident records in a timely manner per policy.
• Report changes in resident health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment; assist with housekeeping and meal service.
• Prepare and cook food as required by menus; assist with dining.

Education
