Job summary

Senior Housing Managers is seeking a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide in Redmond, WA. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, preparing and administering medications after training, and documenting resident information in accordance with policy.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications, and be prepared for graveyard shift duties in an Assisted Living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers certifications are required or obtainable during onboarding.
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per the care plan.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records per policy and procedures.
• Report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow cleaning schedules.
• Prepare and assist with meals and dining activities.
• Participate in staff trainings and meetings.
• Support administrator directives and team leadership.
