Senior Housing Managers is seeking a Universal Caregiver in Oregon to provide direct resident care and support, including daily living activities and medication assistance after training. You will document changes in residents’ condition and communicate them to the supervisor to ensure timely action.

The role emphasizes adaptability, observation, and compassionate service within Assisted Living and Residential Care settings.

Qualificações

• Patient care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Observation of changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and meals.
• Set up and assist with medication as trained.
• Update resident records per policy and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living area for residents.
• Assist with daily activities and participate in scheduled staff trainings.
