Responsibilities

• Create quality service experiences by resolving customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines.
• Handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and cashier's checks.
• Assist with opening accounts and changes to existing accounts as requested by customers.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform daily balancing; support branch operations.
