Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Completion of required compliance and training curriculum to proficiently open accounts. Advancement based on management discretion.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with daily branch duties.
• Process transactions accurately per policy (deposits, withdrawals, checks, payments).
• Open and modify accounts; promote products and services; cross-sell when appropriate.
