• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Abides by company service standards, including greeting customers and making them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier's checks)
• Maintain cash drawer with daily balancing; assist with daily branch duties
• Open accounts (checking, savings, etc.) and perform changes to existing accounts as requested by the customer
