• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Complete required compliance and training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall satisfaction.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Maintain a cash drawer with daily balancing and assist with branch duties.
• Open accounts and perform changes to existing accounts as requested.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
