First Mid Bank & Trust in Paris, IL is hiring for a Full Time Universal Banker/Teller I. You will deliver quality service, greet customers, and handle transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience, preferred.
• Successful completion of First Mid training curriculum for account opening; advancement based on management discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently per policy: deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier's checks, and more.
• Open accounts (checking, savings, safe deposit box, basic business accounts).
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch operations.
• Support bank promotions and community events; may work at other First Mid centers.
