Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and grow customer relationships.
• Assist with lobby management and customer interactions.
• Introduce banking partners when opportunities arise for product solutions.
• Stay compliant with AML/BSA/KYC processes and escalate suspected fraud.
