Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to obtain Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

• Proven ability to cross-sell and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and account management while delivering a high level of service.
• Open consumer and commercial deposit accounts.
• Accurately operate and balance a teller drawer daily; balance vault, coin machine and ATM.
• Process batching and scanning of teller work through the Branch Capture System.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding rates, service charges and account histories while following disclosures and privacy policies.
• Identify referral opportunities and complete client follow ups for additional banking services.
• Promote Salesforce and LSB360 usage; cross-sell to referral partners when appropriate.
• Travel between branches to assist as needed.
