Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to obtain Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

• High degree of accuracy.
• Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds without reasonable accommodation.
• Proven track record of referring clients to all business lines while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming top-notch customer service experience.
• Accurately operate and balance a teller drawer daily, balance the vault, coin machine, and ATM.
• Complete and ensure accuracy of batching and scanning of teller work through Branch Capture System.
• Process customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Answer complex client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account transactions while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
• Open all consumer and commercial deposit accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
• Identify referral opportunities, refer clients and complete follow up for additional retail and bank services.
• Promote the use of Salesforce and LSB360. Cross sell to referral partners when appropriate; complete client follow ups as needed.
• Provide consultative call experience by asking clarifying questions and routing calls when necessary.
• Serve as a resource for training.
• Comply with internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Travel is expected; a valid driver's license is required.
