Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service.
1-2+yrs.Retail Banking experience required.
Prior cash handling experience required.
Ability to obtain Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).
Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds without reasonable accommodation.
Proven track record of referring clients to all business lines while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgement in decision‑making and higher‑level problem‑solving.
Highly effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greets customers and provides welcoming top‑notch customer service experience.
Accurately operates and balances a teller drawer daily, balances the vault, coin machine, and ATM.
Take consumer loan applications, underwrite consumer loans, work with Central Loan Processing to decision/close consumer loans.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank professionally and participates in community events.
Universal Banker II has the flexibility to travel between branches to assist as needed.
