Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Floating Universal Banker I to deliver prompt, friendly service while promoting bank products and services. Qualifications

• Six months of customer service/cash handling experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Must have smartphone (iOS or Android) that can support security features required by the Bank's IT security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process teller line transactions including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, issuing checks, and overrides/approvals as needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow BSA/AML/OFAC policies and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain confidentiality of bank information and integrity of operations.
• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products/services.
• Assist customers with routine questions and account maintenance.
