Responsibilities

• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through services, teller interactions and appointments.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and cultivate new ones.
• Assist customers with loan products, ensuring packages are complete to minimize exceptions.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to other areas of the bank.
• Educate customers on using technology and available resources for transactions.
• Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
