Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of banking, customer service, or cash handling experience.
• Experience opening consumer deposit accounts preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers or lending specialists.
• Ensure accurate deposits, withdrawals, and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, and related policies.
