Qualifications

• 1-2 years of banking or customer service experience required.
• Prior experience opening consumer deposit accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit products and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault responsibilities.
• Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Resolve account issues and transaction discrepancies.
