Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years cash-handling and customer-service experience.
• Prior banking or retail financial-services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations and offer suitable solutions.
• Process routine deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers accurately.
• Educate customers on digital tools like mobile and online banking.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers or lending specialists when appropriate.
• Support branch sales and referral goals through proactive engagement.
