Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I to act as a trusted frontline advisor, driving new customers and expanding relationships across branches in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Florida. You will engage in needs-based conversations, provide excellent service across channels, and refer opportunities to specialists as part of a broader team effort.

The role emphasizes compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, and Reg E, while supporting branch goals and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of cashhandling and customer service experience required.
• Prior banking or retail financial services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to understand goals and introduce solutions.
• Deliver prompt assistance for routine servicing inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Build trust by following through on requests and ensuring customers feel valued.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists.
